Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service and should be read in conjunction with them. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)
- International destinations (excluding the European Union and Northern Ireland due to GPSR regulations)
We do not ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped with tracking via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination of the order.
Free Shipping
UK (excluding Northern Ireland) orders of £50 or more and International (excluding the EU) orders of £100 or more ship FREE. This ONLY includes goods like scrunchies, stickers, and/or anything I pack and send myself from Knoel’s Place.
Print-on-demand items like apparel and homewares are shipped separately and may still incur a shipping charge, as these are produced and fulfilled by my production partner(s) and aren't included in the free shipping threshold.
For example: You purchase two hoodies and one scrunchie, reaching the £100 threshold. The scrunchie will ship for free, but the hoodies will still be charged shipping as they are produced through my production partner.
[International customers, please note that Shopify considers foreign currency conversion and your free shipping may only trigger at an order total slightly over £100. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this may cause.]
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Processing times may vary during product launches or holiday periods. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time.
Print-on-demand items have their own processing timelines separate from my own. After your purchase, you will receive an email from my production partner(s) with more details on your order.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location, chosen shipping option, as well as the items you order (print-on-demand vs. items I create in house).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Important Information for US Customers
Please note: import duties, tariffs, or customs fees may still apply when your parcel enters your country.
For U.S. customers: following the August 2025 tariff changes, all parcels are now subject to customs duty. On average, this may add around 25–35% of your order value in duty/fees.
If you have questions about import costs, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@knoels.place. While we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs, we’re happy to help you track your order and resolve issues where possible.
