Refunds & Returns
At Knoel’s Place, all sales are final. Please read further to understand why.

Print-on-Demand Products:
As these items are custom made to order specifically for you through our manufacturing partners, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Handmade Items:
Each handmade item is created with time, care, and individual attention. Due to their personal and often one-of-a-kind nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade goods.

If you receive an item that is damaged or not as expected, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number—we're happy to help make it right where we can.
